Chemical Stability

High-Temperature Resistance


PTFE fine powders exhibit excellent high-temperature resistance, capable of long-term use in high-temperature environments without performance degradation.   • Polymer Material Modifiers: PTFE fine powders can be added to PC, POM, PA, PPS, silicone rubber, butyl rubber, and other polymer materials to significantly improve their lubrication performance, wear resistance, non-stickiness, and flame retardancy. The addition amount typically ranges between 3% and 25%, depending on the properties that need improvement and the characteristics of the base material.


  • Ink Modification Additives: Adding 1%~3% PTFE fine powder to aniline inks, gravure inks, offset inks, etc., can significantly improve the color, wear resistance, and smoothness of printed products, making them especially suitable for high-speed printing.


  • Coating Modification Additives: Adding PTFE fine powders to coatings can enhance the coating's non-stickiness, lubrication, lower friction coefficient, improve corrosion resistance, wettability, and processability. The addition amount can be as high as 60%, with different addition ratios yielding different performance characteristics, widely used in food, packaging, electronics, textile, and other industries.
